Barangay Telbang
This barangay which faces the famous Hundred Islands got its name from a big tree which the locals called 'bagbag' in Ilocano and 'telbang' in the Pangasinense dialect. Telbang is located at the northern part of Alaminos. This Barangay is along the shore that faces the famous tourist destination in Alaminos, the “Hundred Islands.” It was eventually named Telbang during the Spanish times. |
