It was a sitio of Barangay Telbang and was then called 'taytay-bakes'. Because of unity and cooperation, it soon became an independent barangay and was renamed Barangay Victoria. This is where one can find the One Island, one of the many islands and islets of the Hundred Islands Natural Park.
